Blow Up

2013 - 2016

"Blow up" is a series of objects I started working on at T-Metal workshop alongside my day to day job. There was no main aim to begin with, just a passion for shape and metamorphosis. Each piece starts out on the plasma CNC cutter, then I hand fold and weld all the gaps and clean off any access material. When the piece is completely clean and polished I run it through a process of heat and compressed air to achieve this semi-hard semi-flexible look.

I have been working on these pieces for the past 3 years, always evolving to new places.
